Ceremony

How will you make our time together sacred? What does it look, feel and sound like? Our ceremonies hold both you and the medicine sacred, especially you. It is important that the container we build together and for you is safe, integral and significant. We honor the spirit of the natural medicines, Mother Earth and our relationship to them through ceremony and ritual. We honor right relationship with self, others and the medicines we are fortunate to experience in ceremony. Drawing from Celtic and European ceremonial traditions, together we will shape the container for our ceremony together.

Integration

We believe integration is not only verbal, but somatic. Moving the body is one of the most effective forms of integration. A light and gently integration always follows your medicine ceremony. The day after ceremony is a full integration but no one is ever required to share about their experience. A final integration is always on offer via video chat.
