Come visit the Inner Realms Center in British Columbia, Canada for a transformational Ibogaine retreat. We are a center that is passionate to help you with overcoming addiction and achieving psycho-spiritual healing. We mix contemporary knowledge with the practice of ancient plant medicines to provide you with an optimized therapeutic approach. We have an expert team; our psychedelic therapists are trained by the likes of the Synthesis Institute, and other top-end institutions. During your stay, you will experience sessions with the Ibogaine medicine, designed to unfurl your deep self and bring you to your center. We offer multi-disciplinary services in order to help you achieve peace of mind and connection on multiple levels. By experiencing your mind, body and spirit in a pure and illuminated way, you will grow to let go of energy blockages. Habits, tensions and commitments that were straining you before will be eased, providing a breath of relief and inspiration.

Garyth Moxey is a harm reduction activist with a background in addiction. He overcame his addiction with the use of psychedelics and went on to offer this service to those in need, focusing on addiction. Inner Realms Center specializes in opiate detoxes as well as stimulates, alcohol and cigarette addiction.

We offer personalized, private addiction treatment in BC using ibogaine, 5MEO DMT and psilocybin. With over 10 years experience, Garyth had studied with the Orenda Institute, The Synthesis Institute as a psychedelic practitioner and is currently finishing his 5ME0 practitioner program with Tandava Retreat Centers. He also did his Ibogaine practicum with well know provider Clare Wilkins in Mexico. He has been in the 2 award winning documentaries Dosed and Dosed 2.

Processes

Substance sourcing

We purchase our substances from a distributor in South Africa, who only distributes to well-known clinics and established clinics. We have been purchasing from him for over 10 years. We also source our 5MEO DMT from a lab in Amsterdam. Again we have been purchasing this product for many years.

Intake / Prescreening Process

We have an application that is fairly in-depth, we also do pre consultation calls, have medical tests that need to be completed as well as consulting with our specialized Ibogaine nurse. We ensure there’s no medication contractions and that clients are prepared physically, mentally and emotionally for the psychedelic experience.

Preparation

We do many pre consultation calls to discuss the experience, what the clients can expect and to build up a level of trust so they feel comfortable before arriving to the space. We like to set clients up with our therapist that works specifically with people in addiction and who are coming to work with psychedelic medicines.

Ceremony

Clients will have the utmost comfort and privacy as we do all sessions privately. They are laying in a warm and cozy room, with eye shades and soft meditation music. Garyth and Blair are positioned on either side of the client to offer support throughout the experience. There’s soft lighting and warm blankets, supported by the 2 providers throughout the experience

Integration

We have a therapist that we like to use for our integration process and we also do follow up calls with our client says our post consultation.

Accommodations

Clients stay in a large house with their own rooms and a shared bathroom with the other client. There is also another small bathroom on the main floor for their use. It is a large space and is shared with the providers who live on site for the entire treatment. It is very private and tranquil.

FAQs

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We take a small nonrefundable deposit to hold the timeframe for the client. Included in this cost are the medical assessments needed to confirm that we can take the client, the preparation from the provider and holding the timeframe so no one else can book it.

How do you calculate dosage of plant medicine and substances?

For Ibogaine, we do a calculation of milligrams to kilogram so it depends on the body weight of each client. For 5MEO DMT we have a special measuring spoon that is appropriate for the dosage.

What is not included in the cost of your services?

Travel such as air flight, or car travel. Any needed supplements to prepare for treatment cost of current medication‘s before coming in any spending money or any extracurricular activities, not offered by the center.

How do guests get to your retreat and/or place of business?

Clients flying and are picked up by one of the providers at the airport or travel arrangements are made and dropped off at the centres location
