Odette’s journey shares similarities with other people’s life journeys. Her education and first chapter of life and work was in the social services, working with families of children who suffered from a development disability and with families of the elderly. Her deepest passion was working with those at end states of life in palliative and bereavement. Later in life, as a business leader, Odette worked with thousands of people, helping them build successful businesses through mindset and Soul Story work. Yet despite the dizzying heights of her career success, she felt unfulfilled.

In a search for meaning, she came across trusted advice to explore plant medicine journeys. After the journey, Odette’s spirit felt whole, like never before. Thus, her mission’s ‘second act’ became clear. She had to share this journey. With renewed inspiration, she unmoored from her material world in Canada and moved to Costa Rica.

Odette works as a Psychedelic Integration Coach and Plant Medicine Guide, drawing on integrative and holistic approaches to mindfulness, guiding and supporting her clients with challenging circumstances such as interpersonal conflict, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Thus working with her is intimate, due to her preference to work 1-on-1 or in small groups. This intimacy is integral, as it creates a safe vessel to facilitate the work. There are a few options for working with Odette: a one day or multi-day medicine retreat.

A rigorous preparation program and post-ceremony integration regiment, requires you to work with Odette several weeks before and after. Her extensive experience from both her own personal experiences and those of her clients. This gives Odette the perspective to find a successful path for your healing.

Odette holds a degree in Clinical and Social Psychology, and a diploma in Social Service work, with an extensive business background.
