Rise and Shine invites you for a transformational psychedelic retreat in British Columbia, Canada. We are Chris and Lindsay, two passionate individuals on own paths of awakening. We seek to share and support the process of awakening in other individuals. We will work together to uncover your light and make your experience of life rich and profound. Drawing from our own experiences, we aim to create space and offer our presence and knowledge, paying tribute to the wisdom which we derive our practices from. You can either participate in a retreat or you can receive coaching from us over a longer period of time. When you visit us, you will be staying in a beautiful and awe-inspiring landscape that nurtures your mind and body.

We are both influenced by teachings in non-dualism and a deep relationship with the web of life. Furthermore, our practices are heavily inspired by Vipassana meditation, holding silence as a central element, and Sufism. We implement this knowledge in our practices in order to support you on your path of self-discovery and growth. Our experiential approach will offer itself as a sweet challenge, where you will learn to trust and grow from the work that will be done.
