Overview

One Breath of Yoga Psychedelic Retreat in Puerto Morelos, Mexico, is an Ashram that started just as a private house. Over time, our founder, Coco, started offering yoga classes and people to stay in cabanas on site. Over time, Coco added a temescal, more lodging and built a large shall.

We then were offering one-week retreats with sacred plant medicine. We offer Kambo, Bufo and Ayahuasca alongside daily yoga, vegan food, temescal, cacao ceremonies, etc. One Breath of Yoga grew organically and is now very well established amongst retreats in Mexico. However, it still retains that very personal family feel, with many of our guests choosing to move to the ashram and its surrounding accommodation full time.

Highlights

We are located in the Mayan Jungle of Puerto Morelos, surrounded by wildlife and beautiful nature but it is only a 10 min walk to the town and 7 min taxi to the beautiful beach.
We have a a lot of facilities on site for guests to use: Yoga ShalaTemascal, Ice baths, Bikes, 2 swimming pools, wifi, tea etc..
Our team is filled with experts in their fields, our yoga teachers have been teaching for over 10 plus years, our facilitators for the ceremonies have between them thosands of ceremonies and our shamans as well are very well trained.
