Overview
North Star Council is a psilocybin retreat in Vancouver, Washington, just outside of Portland, Oregon. At the core of our existence, there resides a powerful guiding light, our personal North Star. It is within each of us, waiting to be discovered and utilized as a beacon in the face of life’s most profound challenges. No matter how far we may have strayed, how intense our pain, or how isolated we may feel, our innermost selves understand that every experience holds meaning.
The mission of the North Star Council is to facilitate the connection with this guiding light, to help individuals align with the pulsating love that resides in their hearts. We aim to empower others to tap into their innate wisdom, available to them in every moment. By doing so, we embark on a path of self-healing and consciously align ourselves with the profound calling of our souls.
At North Star Council, we know that within each person lies the power to become their own greatest healer. We believe in unlocking the potential that resides in every individual and guiding them towards recognizing and embracing their soul’s deepest yearnings. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality psychedelic support and ceremonial facilitation, personalized to your individual needs.
Our journey began with a deep calling to create safe and skillfully held spaces for individuals to experience the transformative power of entheogenic plants and substances. We believe in co-creating physically, energetically, and spiritually clean environments where people can explore the healing potential available when engaging with their Inner Self in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
Recognizing the challenges faced by many individuals due to prohibition, we have witnessed the disappointment and even re-traumatization that can occur without proper information, guidance, and support during psychedelic experiences. In traditional cultures, the knowledge of authentic ceremonies and healing in expanded states of consciousness was passed down through generations by designated keepers of wisdom. However, if you find yourself in a culture lacking these keepers, it is not your fault. We firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from entheogens, regardless of their experience level.

Firstly, you have the opportunity to travel to our serene and enchanting healing space located just outside of Portland, Oregon. Nestled in the forest, this tranquil setting provides a soothing ambiance for your experience. Alternatively, if you prefer the comfort and familiarity of your own home, Niko, one of our experienced facilitators, can come to your chosen location.
- Niko continuously seeks ways to deepen his alignment with his mission to serve. Over the past decade, he has immersed himself in earth-based practices, utilizing them to transform personal and collective wounds. His ceremonial experiences and teachings from Peru, Brazil, Costa Rica, Canada, and the United States have shaped his unique and powerful offerings. Drawing from his training and guidance in plant medicines, prayer, and ceremony from teachers of the Quichua, Santo Daime, Spiritist, and Lakota traditions, Niko is inspired and empowered to share his gifts with those in need.

Our offerings include preparation and integration services, microdosing guidance, access to educational resources, psycho-spiritual coaching, and transformational energy work.
