Overview
Soltara Healing Center invites you for a 6 day Ayahuasca retreat in Sugar Beach, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We foster participants to unite the emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of healing. Soltara Healing Center empowers everyone to bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit. We nurture you become fully embodied, integrated, and connected, thus becoming an improved version of yourself.
We heal with the Amazonian plant medicine ayahuasca, under the guidance of indigenous Peruvian Shipibo healers. We also work with clinical psychologists who have extensive plant medicine experience to offer a distinct, integrative, healing approach.
At our lush, mountain sanctuary in the high Amazon rainforest, we have developed a framework for you to dig deep. You will uncover the energetic roots of blockages, self-limiting beliefs, and negative programs that may be stunting your personal growth. We help you jettison these weights so you can step into your power. Our team’s decades of experience holding ceremonies and practicing medicine work allows you to find deep healing in caring and loving setting.
We are immersed in nature and adhere to farm-to-table nutrition. We offer retreats of varying lengths and host renowned luminaries in the field on a regular basis. This allows you to find what works for you and step into your authentic self with absolute fulfillment. Our endearing and loving Shipibo healers guide you through a process of self-discovery. Plant medicine healing, supportive holistic modalities, and modern psychotherapeutic practices lead you to a new self.
Besides the retreat, our preparation, aftercare, and integration support are foundational pillars of our mission. We offer personalized and group therapeutic support before and after your retreat. We also connect you to a private online community platform (themaloca.com). Here you will find resources, groups, regular live events, and opportunities for reciprocity and collective healing. Our community platform is composed of a trusted network of practitioners and teachers who support you during integration and beyond.
We maintain a deep respect for the land. We also hold an ethos of safety, integrity, and reciprocity as our sacred commitment to individual and global healing. This is our call to service in this spiritual and psychedelic movement taking place. We aim to create a culture and community based on balanced, practical, accessible information grounded in a spirit of cultural awareness and education.
