Sophrodelic Psilocybin Retreat offers 8 day psilocybin retreats from its perch on gorgeous Treasure Beach in Jamaica. Our retreat uses a range of modalities and the lush environment of Jamaica’s beaches and greenery to help you connect to nature. If a shorter stay is to your liking, we also offer short-duration therapy in our Kingston facility.

At Sophrodelic we know that a holistic approach is the best path to affecting change in the body and mind. This means natural and organic meals. It means focusing on your integration, both in private and group settings. It means leveraging the experience of our founder, Benedicte Mannix, and her 30 year career in healing. Benedicte’s expertise extends into the practice of ‘sophrology’, a very efficient approach to working through your trauma that combines guided meditation, gentle yoga, muscular relaxation, breathing and visualization.
