Overview
Awaken The Medicine Within psilocybin retreats, situated close to Amsterdam, Netherlands offers a 5 day plant medicine journey in Dutch serenity. Our organization’s name, Awaken The Medicine Within, calls us to remember our inner healing intelligence. It also reflects our own ‘medicine.’ Some of these special gifts include resilience, beauty, and compassion. All of our therapeutic journeys are founded upon realizing our shared humanity.
My personal path has always been that of exploration, purpose and meaning-making through spiritual practices. The work and impact that these (plant, fungi and compounds) teachers have on our human growth and learning are tremendous, however when approached through a multidisciplinary lens, the impact can reach not only an individual life but also contribute to a change in systems.

Natasja Pelgrom and Alexander Beiner founded this retreat based on psychedelic research, which chaperones you through an exploratory process of evolving into a spiritual leader of the 21st century like never seen before.
The facilitators at Awaken The Medicine Within have over 30+ years of combined experience working with therapeutic holistic healing modalities and ancient technology. The team offers a broad range of wisdom and traditions, offering preparation and integration programs prior to, during, and after the retreat.
